The carrier delivered my item to my door and was securely packaged. I tested my product immediately, and it was exactly what I had ordered. I recommend getting the remote feature; it's so cool to manage the brightness from the other side of the room. I also noticed that they illuminate the sign with LED strip lights, making it safer indoors and won't absorb so much current.
