However, I used a different site for my other daughters due to font choice and for the same price hers has a remote and dimming/flashing option. This one you need to unplug to turn off which is annoying bc the outlet is behind the desk.

Very disappointed I was very excited about my neon sign purchase, but it didn’t come with any mounting equipment and was not up to the quality I was expecting for such an expensive purchase. I’ve purchased neon signs from other places and have never been this disappointed. I’m still waiting for customer service to make it right 😔

Easy, Fast, Top Quality! Easy, Fast, Top Quality! It was so easy to process my custom neon sign order. The item shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The carrier delivered my item to my door and was securely packaged. I tested my product immediately, and it was exactly what I had ordered. I recommend getting the remote feature; it's so cool to manage the brightness from the other side of the room. I also noticed that they illuminate the sign with LED strip lights, making it safer indoors and won't absorb so much current. I haven't mounted mine yet because I need to create the background, but I can't wait! It's going to be fire. Also thanks for the discount!
