The carrier delivered my item to my door and was securely packaged. I tested my product immediately, and it was exactly what I had ordered. I recommend getting the remote feature; it's so cool to manage the brightness from the other side of the room. I also noticed that they illuminate the sign with LED strip lights, making it safer indoors and won't absorb so much current. I haven't mounted mine yet because I need to create the background, but I can't wait! It's going to be fire. Also thanks for the discount!

I had to call the 800 number as I… I had to call the 800 number as I wasn't comfortable navigating the web order myself! I spoke to a gentleman who was kind enough to walk me through the entire process & on top of that, he showed me how to save an additional 30%...I would highly recommend this company to ALL!!! Very disappointed I was very excited about my neon sign purchase, but it didn’t come with any mounting equipment and was not up to the quality I was expecting for such an expensive purchase. I’ve purchased neon signs from other places and have never been this disappointed. I’m still waiting for customer service to make it right 😔
