I called the number provided and was immediately helped by a nice young man who had me text a picture that I had drawn of my project. After a couple of mock ups, by the CrazyNeon team they made a sign that was perfect. The turnaround time was very quick and my sign arrived safely, works perfect and I could not be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

Very disappointed I was very excited about my neon sign purchase, but it didn’t come with any mounting equipment and was not up to the quality I was expecting for such an expensive purchase. I’ve purchased neon signs from other places and have never been this disappointed. I’m still waiting for customer service to make it right 😔
