USThanks.io for customer appreciation/referrals is 10/10 The builder and dashboard were super easy to use and build a campaign from scratch to go out in the mail. I can tell the cards arrived today because I have gotten 5 scans already and I'm super excited to see how the conversions are from here. We are running an existing client referral campaign and I am very optimistic that these cards will help drive results.

USThe Thanks.io team was quick to help… The Thanks.io team was quick to help with onboarding. They also quickly created a custom postcard graphic for us to use, saving us the effort of doing that ourselves. They've been quick to respond to our communications, too. Thanks to Justin and Shane!

GTOne recommendation Love it. The only recommendation I would have would be a quick and easy way to access all cards sent and to what addresses- instead of having to go through each card order.

USI have used Thanks.io personally as… I have used Thanks.io personally as well as helping to assist many realtor partners set up automated campaigns. Personally, I am super lazy, so I love to have the ability to just "set it and forget it" - The ability of Thanks to easily accept leads to a list and trigger a specific campaign out to those leads for a pre-set amount of mailers/time is awesome. Keep up the good work guys!

CATotal WASTE of TIME Total WASTE of TIME! I have wasted a week with them, trying to send out thank you cards - put in so many hours of work creating and writing content. In the end find out that the cards were never sent. When you try and contact their support - they keep you waiting - it seems like no one really cares about you. Their founder Justin - who I've chatted with twice now, has been super rude, impolite and not helpful at all. The way he communicates makes you feel as if everything is your fault. That's not how you treat clients who are trying to give you business. If your very first experience with these guys is such - imagine what it would be like partnering up with them longterm. I'm so disappointed and these guys should understand that if they are not interested in serving clients then why offer such a service? Don't waste other people's time cuz time is money!
