This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

I had an issue with ordering the… I had an issue with ordering the incorrect toner. I was able to get some help through the customer service and get the right item shipped to me. The product works great and it is as good as quality as I expected.

Take my money and then make me wait. My order was placed more than 2 weeks ago and has not shipped to my knowledge. I received an I'm sorry for the delay email that said it should ship around 3/15/24. Here it is 3/18/24 and no further communications. Very disappointing spending over $200 to get my toner and now I am unable to print.

Great company I actually couldn't use the toner I received because it had a chip and I had trouble doing the transfer. (I Never knew they had chips) BUT the company was very responsive every time, they did things quickly, were professional, and I would definitely use them again!
