best toner cartridge supplier I have spent a small fortune on non-HP cartridges that did not end up working at all on my HP printer. But YB toners worked well, as soon as I installed them. In addition, the company's customer service was great. At first, I thought I had a problem, and their customer service person responded immediately and even followed up when they did not hear back from me. If I end up having problems after I am using the cartridges a while, I will revise my review. But what a pleasure to have this printer up and running again, at 37% of the cost of what I would have paid for HP cartridges.

ORIGINAL POST: The ink cartridges supposedly have the new chip in them so that they work with the latest HP security. They did not work. I sent an email to the company four days ago and have not heard back.

Update to 5 stars I initially gave a two star review but definitely want to update to five. Without writing a long story, customer service does as they say! They guarantee and replace a “defective” product. I thought they were not responding to my issue but I believe I was too quick to criticize. Thank you YB Toner. You are now my go to!
