Update to 5 stars I initially gave a two star review but definitely want to update to five. Without writing a long story, customer service does as they say! They guarantee and replace a “defective” product. I thought they were not responding to my issue but I believe I was too quick to criticize. Thank you YB Toner. You are now my go to!

Instructions could be better Seems to be good quality, easy installation, prompt service. Included instructions on how to disable software updates on my HP printer so printer would continue to be able to use non-OEM toners were either inaccurate or incorrect.

Hello the toner was perfect Hello the toner was perfect. Only they did not say anything about removing the microprocessor chip from the old toner cartridge. In the end it all worked and is a very inexpensive toner cartridge replacement.

Not Satisfied. I bought toner for a business client of mine. They did not work in his almost new Canon machine and the instructions sent along to bypass the machine error message was not successful. I only give three stars because I did receive a refund for what I returned. I sense this company is operating from overseas, because their emails always came late in the evening 9-10 pm EST. I will not be buying again.

Happy customer here! To start, the prices attracted me. Then after ordering, the order came very quickly. I did have one issue and Mary fixed that immediately and was very courteous and personable in interactions. Thanks Mary!
