GBthis has been a great let down this has been a great let down. This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

GBGreat company I actually couldn't use the toner I received because it had a chip and I had trouble doing the transfer. (I Never knew they had chips) BUT the company was very responsive every time, they did things quickly, were professional, and I would definitely use them again!

GBThe Case of the "Leaking red toner" ??? I purchased a 4 pack of toner 215A on December 28th, 2022 and I didn't Install the new toner for several weeks later. However, when I installed all four of the toners at the same time. I noticed that the back of the printer paper had red toner all over the paper as it came out of the HP Printer? I did everything I could think of, like making sure that there wasn't a leak in red toner somewhere. I didn't find anything unusual.

GBInk cartridges don’t work with latest HP security SEE UPDATE UPDATE: Once the company got back to me they were extremely helpful in resolving my situation. I am very satisfied with their response. ORIGINAL POST: The ink cartridges supposedly have the new chip in them so that they work with the latest HP security. They did not work. I sent an email to the company four days ago and have not heard back.

GBTake my money and then make me wait. My order was placed more than 2 weeks ago and has not shipped to my knowledge. I received an I'm sorry for the delay email that said it should ship around 3/15/24. Here it is 3/18/24 and no further communications. Very disappointing spending over $200 to get my toner and now I am unable to print.
