GBThe worst customer service and… The worst customer service and communication - My item was printed wrong multiple times and I tried to no avail to have this company fix the problem. There is no one there who you can you can speak to that has DIRECT knowledge of the graphics so they make it impossible to solve any issues. Very disappointing and will never use them again.

GBI was very concerned about the quality… I was very concerned about the quality and this style of banner stand. I have never done business with this company and i usually do not comment on something i purchased. The banner stand exceeded my expectations. looks fantastic and everyone here simply said Wow!
