Invoice US#3421 Invoice US#3421 - SHORT SUPPLY We have not received the hard case rollable box. There is no packing slip enclosed nor have we received it via email. There is no item list per box nor handling instructions – the absense of which which make it extremely difficult to confirm that we have it all. Online interactions have been good till the invoice was paid, after that it has been vague and incomplete. Sizes specified in the templates were not what was required. Despite seeking clarifications before commencing the graphics we had to rework to resize graphics at our end twice. Please change the templates to reflect the correct sizes.

Both times I had horrible interactions… Both times I had horrible interactions with your customer service folks. I explained from the VERY first email to them that we are a govt. agency and that we could only pay using a purchase order. But both times I've ordered through you folks, there's been confusion and miscommunication from your end about payment.
