This is my first time using Backdrop… This is my first time using Backdrop and so far so good! I'm having them vectorize my logo and delete the black background. They vectorized it but didn't delete the background. I brought this to their attention and they are revising as we speak. I'll continue my review after I recieve the final product.

The worst customer service and… The worst customer service and communication - My item was printed wrong multiple times and I tried to no avail to have this company fix the problem. There is no one there who you can you can speak to that has DIRECT knowledge of the graphics so they make it impossible to solve any issues. Very disappointing and will never use them again.

Extremely Satisfied! It seems too good to be true- BUT IT’S NOT It seems too good to be true, but it’s not!! Once I ordered, I got my email for the proof within an hour, and my banner was printed and shipped even faster than expected! It looks great, is priced well, and I will definitely be ordering from here again if I have more banner or printing needs. I just can’t believe the quality and quickness for the amazing price! It’s hard to find sustainable options, but Bannersource turned out to truly have it all!
