Exactly as ordered. I ordered two large backdrops from Backdropsource and they were both perfect. They even included extra velcro for mounting (which I was not expecting). Will definitely be using them again. The backdrops did ship from China, but actually arrived a day earlier than expected.

Invoice US#3421 Invoice US#3421 - SHORT SUPPLY We have not received the hard case rollable box. There is no packing slip enclosed nor have we received it via email. There is no item list per box nor handling instructions – the absense of which which make it extremely difficult to confirm that we have it all. Online interactions have been good till the invoice was paid, after that it has been vague and incomplete. Sizes specified in the templates were not what was required. Despite seeking clarifications before commencing the graphics we had to rework to resize graphics at our end twice. Please change the templates to reflect the correct sizes.
