GBBoth times I had horrible interactions… Both times I had horrible interactions with your customer service folks. I explained from the VERY first email to them that we are a govt. agency and that we could only pay using a purchase order. But both times I've ordered through you folks, there's been confusion and miscommunication from your end about payment.

GBThe worst customer service and… The worst customer service and communication - My item was printed wrong multiple times and I tried to no avail to have this company fix the problem. There is no one there who you can you can speak to that has DIRECT knowledge of the graphics so they make it impossible to solve any issues. Very disappointing and will never use them again.
