Very pleased Missing cartridge in package but no problems after contacting them another cartridge was delivered within 2 days

All ok The cartridges arrived on fine and all appear to be ok (although I haven't used them all yet)

Had an old Brother handheld printer and… Had an old Brother handheld printer and not been used for ages due to no tape. Found this site and they did the cartridges for my old printer, so ordered a pack of five. Really good price and fast delivery. So now printer working again and saved some money by not having to buy a new printer. Thank you for great service and I will be ordering more to stock up.

Delivery should have been on 22nd… Delivery should have been on 22nd October and is now 3 November and not had a response from the site or DHL who are supposed to be delivering. Following on from printsavers reply, to me I complained, they then stated the product would be sent out next day. It didn't arrive and 3 days later they told me there was an issue and the gave me a refund. But two weeks later I ended up buying from elsewhere for a similar price.

Item never received Item never received. Chased multiple times and we have been told that "I'm sorry, but we don't have control on the parcel now". We did pre alerted a few times that's something going wrong and after the week received a message about the lost parcel. We did ask for another despatch and a few days later another message was received about a "technical issue". In a matter of 2 weeks, we did run out of stock, which is generally received the next working day.
