The photos I sent in were low… The photos I sent in were low resolution and the fabulous staff let me know via email that a higher res photo would yield a much better quality product. A double sided special birthday statuette. I learned about your product from my daughter who had ordered several statuettes and other photo items as table toppers for my granddaughter's college graduation party. Everyone was delighted by them. Consequently, I ordered a very special statuette as a gift for a WW2 veteran's 90th BD from a photo that I created of him combined with an iconic statue in Photoshop. The results were truly memorable and the hit of the party. Your service and product were excellent.

Accommodating and No Hassles! I received my order and quality was excellent, however, there was a notch in one of the heads of the people in the picture. No fault of theirs, as the picture did have a shadow over that area. I contacted them and they re-made my order with the notch area filled in.
