We hit it out of the park! I bought one of these for a decoration for my daughter's graduation party. I was so pleased and It came out so well that I wanted to get 2 more. Time was running out and I wasn't sure the 2 additional ones would make it on time. I emailed customer service and was blown away with their response and service! They expedited my order and it arrived a day early. Everyone at the party just loved them, especially my daughter. She kept asking me how I had them made. The photos I sent in were low… The photos I sent in were low resolution and the fabulous staff let me know via email that a higher res photo would yield a much better quality product. Several staff members went above and beyond to make sure my products would turn out great. They were so kind and helpful on every call and email! Thank you!
