Happy customer I was very happy with how easy it was to interface with their on-line order process. Additionally, these guys make a high quality product and get it back to you quickly. The only knock on them I can offer is that you can't call their office and get a person to answer the phone. They'll get back to you, but I experienced a delay in getting a reply to my message. That said, I was calling to correct a mistake that I initially made with the order. I suspect most people will never need to call their office. Over all my experience was great on two separate orders and I like supporting American owned mom and pop shops.

A double sided special birthday statuette. I learned about your product from my daughter who had ordered several statuettes and other photo items as table toppers for my granddaughter's college graduation party. Everyone was delighted by them. Consequently, I ordered a very special statuette as a gift for a WW2 veteran's 90th BD from a photo that I created of him combined with an iconic statue in Photoshop. The results were truly memorable and the hit of the party. Your service and product were excellent.

The photos I sent in were low… The photos I sent in were low resolution and the fabulous staff let me know via email that a higher res photo would yield a much better quality product.
