Happy customer I was very happy with how easy it was to interface with their on-line order process. Additionally, these guys make a high quality product and get it back to you quickly. The only knock on them I can offer is that you can't call their office and get a person to answer the phone. They'll get back to you, but I experienced a delay in getting a reply to my message. That said, I was calling to correct a mistake that I initially made with the order. I suspect most people will never need to call their office. Over all my experience was great on two separate orders and I like supporting American owned mom and pop shops.

The photos I sent in were low… The photos I sent in were low resolution and the fabulous staff let me know via email that a higher res photo would yield a much better quality product. Several staff members went above and beyond to make sure my products would turn out great. They were so kind and helpful on every call and email! Thank you!

Love the results!!! Love the results!!! Arrived on time and in perfect condition. They did a fantastic job of turning my granddaughter's dance photo into a beautiful orament. Love the way they added the year - gives the year without taking away from the photo.
