USUltra-cavitat.com is an almst decent… Ultra-cavitat.com is an almst decent website. I browsed around a bit and found it to be usre friendly. There are usefull information availbale which helps to understand the product. Customer service also seemes to be okay. They keep their cusotmer up to date about new offerings and offer advice and tips for ensuring the best possbile results from their services. I have nothing specific to write about my expreience but it seemed to be alright. Overall, I would give them a 4 out of 5 rating.

USI recently ordered from Ultra Cavitat… I recently ordered from Ultra Cavitat and while my experience was standard, I would consider it almost good. They had me saticfied with the delivery time, and the prices were good. Regarding the selection, there was nothing out of the ordinar that I could not find. I think the product quaitly was descent as well however tye could definately do better in customer service. The staff could be more attentive, friendly and profesional. All in all, I would say this was an average experience but not hightly dissatisfying.

USBeware of this company I purchased this product under the impression that there is a risk free guarantee. There really is not, you have to read the fine print. I purchased the special gel, it did not work on my skin, as the device needs to glide over the skin, and their gel absorbs too quickly to allow that to happen. When I asked for a refund, they refused, based on the fine print in their return policy.

USDON'T get what you PAID for! Thank you for your email. I am not in the least satisfied with your response. It is very obvious what my receipt says (I don't need a reminder), that does not mean that it accurately reflects the transaction. Your advertisement specifically stated that I would receive three (3) gels and it had the picture of 3 gels next to it. I also included a screenshot where it shows on my invoice "3 gels", though on the same invoice it does reflect "1" in the quantity column for the gel. The following occurred: 1. Your advertisement link specifically stated "3 gels" and showed the picture of 3 gels next to it 2. The invoice I received stated "3 gels" in the product description category but also reflected "1" in the quantity column on the SAME invoice 3. On the receipt I received after I was charged it showed a "1" in the quantity column This equates to DECEPTIVE advertising. I will definitely make a formal complaint and a bad review for your company. In your email response, your representative didn't even apologize for my experience or for what may have been misleading information, your representative immediately went on the defensive. Terrible customer service! In closing, how can your company be charging $30.00 for a product that is all over the internet for an average of $9 (Nine Dollars)? Signed, Very dissatisfied customer
