GBTerrible returns Terrible returns. It’s been over a month. They have the item but haven’t processed it. I know part of it goes to charity (although items are marked up), it’s a very disorganized company. Not worth the aggravation unless you’ve tried an item on elsewhere and you use one of their discount codes. If there is any possibility of returning, shop elsewhere.
