USTHIS COMPANY SUCKS I would give this company zero stars. The worst company I ever ordered from. Customer service sucks. When you call customer service, you will NEVER get an agent. It is always leave a message. And then it takes forever for them to return the call. I ordered 2 small items as Xmas gifts in OCTOBER and still waiting in DECEMBER to receive. You would think a company that sells OVERPRICED merchandise would give good service, but no. This company SUCKS! I will NEVER order from this company again.

USThis company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent! A purse has been ordered in my name and charged to my card that I NEVER ordered. I have contacted my credit card provider but this company does not answer their phone, do not return emails or respond to requests for help on their Chat format or Instagram messaging. SCAMMERS!

USDo not use this company ever Do not use this company ever. Their customer service is horrendous. I have been trying to make a return for over two weeks without resolution or response from the company. Please beware do not use this company ever.

USReturn item in queue for process for two months… It’s been over two months my return and the item was confirmed in queue to be processed for at least 6weeks and it’s still not refunded. Constantly have to email customer service to check in. NOT RECOMMEND

USTerrible returns Terrible returns. It’s been over a month. They have the item but haven’t processed it. I know part of it goes to charity (although items are marked up), it’s a very disorganized company. Not worth the aggravation unless you’ve tried an item on elsewhere and you use one of their discount codes. If there is any possibility of returning, shop elsewhere.
