Do not use this company ever Do not use this company ever. Their customer service is horrendous. I have been trying to make a return for over two weeks without resolution or response from the company. Please beware do not use this company ever.

I love the dress so much I love the dress so much. It fits very well and I think it’s the perfect length. Reason I’m not giving it five stars is because when I was trying to get on the top button popped off. No biggie cause I was able to fix it, but it happened when I was trying it on and I hadn’t even worn it yet

I could not agree more with the other… I could not agree more with the other reviews. Zero stars. This company and the customer service is horrific. I purchased a dress on December 23rd and returned it on December 29th. The return was delayed because the return address, by default, was wrong and had not been updated on the website. I was able to reach Joy in customer service and on chat, who promised my return would be processed soon. No refund yet. I will never buy from this retailer ever again.

Terrible returns Terrible returns. It’s been over a month. They have the item but haven’t processed it. I know part of it goes to charity (although items are marked up), it’s a very disorganized company. Not worth the aggravation unless you’ve tried an item on elsewhere and you use one of their discount codes. If there is any possibility of returning, shop elsewhere.
