USI could not agree more with the other… I could not agree more with the other reviews. Zero stars. This company and the customer service is horrific. I purchased a dress on December 23rd and returned it on December 29th. The return was delayed because the return address, by default, was wrong and had not been updated on the website. I was able to reach Joy in customer service and on chat, who promised my return would be processed soon. No refund yet. I will never buy from this retailer ever again.
