I have contacted my credit card provider but this company does not answer their phone, do not return emails or respond to requests for help on their Chat format or Instagram messaging. SCAMMERS!

GBI was sent the wrong shoe that on your… I was sent the wrong shoe that on your website at the time I ordered it you had it in stock. Then what was delivered wasn’t even close to what I picked out.

GBReturn item in queue for process for two months… It’s been over two months my return and the item was confirmed in queue to be processed for at least 6weeks and it’s still not refunded. Constantly have to email customer service to check in. NOT RECOMMEND
