USRUDE AND AWFUL OWNER AND POOR SERVICE Today I spoke to a woman who stated she was the owner. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, defensive, showed a lack of empathy and didn’t provide any resolution to the issue. Instead of providing a solution she talked about how I should have chosen a different shipping method. Regardless of the shipping method, which is the same as option I have chosen with many other orders from them, she should have focused on providing a solution! I was NEVER contacted by the company. All of the communication was from my initiations through communicating with someone through text message [(772) 888-1564)] and calling. I placed my order on November 8. I couldn’t get through the phone line initially so finally made contact through text on November 16th, 2022. She stated that my order was shipped out on Nov 12th and it was sent back to sender. Again, NO ONE CALLED ME. She stated that UPS lost the order. As a customer, it’s not my issue And a resolution should have been provided. She was very insensitive and She over talked me then got upset when I told her how rude and unprofessional she was. She had major attitude and responded to me saying “whatever” and hung up the phone after I told her to cancel my order and to refund me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. That is unacceptable. According to the tracking information, it is being returned for an insufficient address. It was scanned in Ft Lauderdale yesterday morning so we should be getting it back soon. The address on the shipping label had all of the details you provided to us: (my shipping info) It's the same address Me- It's the same address l've been using all along. It never changes, so I'm not sure why that was insufficient because it's preprogram and already populated in the system. I've been ordering from you guys for a long time. That address is correct. It has always been that way. Every packages have been delivered with that same address. Wed, Nov 16 at 6:13 PM Them- This is unfortunately a classic USPS mess up. We have seen countless packages come back that we have shipped to the same address before or the address is completely correct. It is shameful how they conduct business to be honest. Your previous orders shipped with UPS and they are usually better at getting the job done. When it comes back here, we will just turn it back around with the same shipping label since there is nothing wrong with the address. Me- Wow! So when are you getting the returned package? Them- We should have it before the end of the week but it is tough to guess. Send a reply back to this text so that I know to check the tracking in the morning. Wow, how is it possible just to send the new order out tomorrow and keep the one that comes when it returns Friday 10:45 AM Me- Hello, where is my order? This is extremely poor customer service. Friday 2:36 PM Them- It has not come back yet. USPS' failures and delays are unfortunately beyond our control. I have put in a missing mail search with USPS as it should have been back here by now. Friday 7:05 PM Me- This is a HUGE inconvenience. Just cancel my order and refund me. I'll get from another vendor. A remedy to resolve this should have been provided. This was the last I communicated, or heard anything from them.

Don't ignore negative reviews, once you realize the oils has cutting agent and scent actually does not last you'll regret buying.Oils not Authentic not strong (Dont even call to complain to owner who's a woman. She will scream over phone Your NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.Its actually scary.

USAbsolute best oils in the WORLD! “Hallelujah! I just received my order from wholesale body oils and I was happy to see it. I feel like I just made up with a boyfriend. I am like “what was I thinking breaking up with you?” Lol. Whoever said, “absence makes the heart grow fonder” was on “ON POINT” for real... Lol. I know I posted a prior review about a shipping issue but I am ready to put that issue on the shelf and let it collect dust. As far as I am concerned not only do I want my boyfriend back (wholesale body oils) we are getting married. LMAO. Body Oil Lovers _ PALEEEZ believed me when I tell you that these oils are the absolute best oils in the WORLD! What the heck, I am going to have to go further and say “IN THE UNIVERSE!” OMG the packaging though! Not even a drop of oil leaked! In addition to that, the personalized “thank you” note inside the packaging” just melts my heart! “Ride or Die for life! (My daughter taught me that) lol

USI've been doing business with Wholesale… I've been doing business with Wholesale Body Oils for over 14 years now. They have by far THEEEEEEEEE BEST products and customer service. I NEVER have a problem with delays in shipping and when you can you ALWAYS get a real person; which is like a rarity these days. I will never buy body oils from any other company. Their prices are always affordable and the quality is very long lasting.

USFavorite company I have been been in business 35 years and buying products from this company for 15 years. I specialize in perfume oils and private label body care. All of their products are excellent quality, especially the perfume oils. Orders are shipped promptly and rarely have an issue. When I do, it is usually my fault, yet they still go out of their way to help me. My customers love the products I buy from them. Just an excellent company and excellent customer service.
