She will scream over phone Your NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.Its actually scary.

GBFavorite company I have been been in business 35 years and buying products from this company for 15 years. I specialize in perfume oils and private label body care. All of their products are excellent quality, especially the perfume oils. Orders are shipped promptly and rarely have an issue. When I do, it is usually my fault, yet they still go out of their way to help me. My customers love the products I buy from them. Just an excellent company and excellent customer service.

I had some issues with my local postal carrier and their team sent the package back three times for free when it got returned, and were super helpful and responsive via text! Great quality products, awesome pricing, overall great company and will be ordering again!!

GBRUDE AND AWFUL OWNER AND POOR SERVICE Today I spoke to a woman who stated she was the owner. She was extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, defensive, showed a lack of empathy and didn’t provide any resolution to the issue. Instead of providing a solution she talked about how I should have chosen a different shipping method. Regardless of the shipping method, which is the same as option I have chosen with many other orders from them, she should have focused on providing a solution! I was NEVER contacted by the company. All of the communication was from my initiations through communicating with someone through text message [(772) 888-1564)] and calling. I placed my order on November 8. I couldn’t get through the phone line initially so finally made contact through text on November 16th, 2022. She stated that my order was shipped out on Nov 12th and it was sent back to sender. Again, NO ONE CALLED ME. She stated that UPS lost the order. As a customer, it’s not my issue And a resolution should have been provided. She was very insensitive and She over talked me then got upset when I told her how rude and unprofessional she was. She had major attitude and responded to me saying “whatever” and hung up the phone after I told her to cancel my order and to refund me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. That is unacceptable. According to the tracking information, it is being returned for an insufficient address. It was scanned in Ft Lauderdale yesterday morning so we should be getting it back soon. The address on the shipping label had all of the details you provided to us: (my shipping info) It's the same address Me- It's the same address l've been using all along. It never changes, so I'm not sure why that was insufficient because it's preprogram and already populated in the system. I've been ordering from you guys for a long time. That address is correct. It has always been that way. Every packages have been delivered with that same address. Wed, Nov 16 at 6:13 PM Them- This is unfortunately a classic USPS mess up. We have seen countless packages come back that we have shipped to the same address before or the address is completely correct. It is shameful how they conduct business to be honest. Your previous orders shipped with UPS and they are usually better at getting the job done. When it comes back here, we will just turn it back around with the same shipping label since there is nothing wrong with the address. Me- Wow! So when are you getting the returned package? Them- We should have it before the end of the week but it is tough to guess. Send a reply back to this text so that I know to check the tracking in the morning. Wow, how is it possible just to send the new order out tomorrow and keep the one that comes when it returns Friday 10:45 AM Me- Hello, where is my order? This is extremely poor customer service. Friday 2:36 PM Them- It has not come back yet. USPS' failures and delays are unfortunately beyond our control. I have put in a missing mail search with USPS as it should have been back here by now. Friday 7:05 PM Me- This is a HUGE inconvenience. Just cancel my order and refund me. I'll get from another vendor. A remedy to resolve this should have been provided. This was the last I communicated, or heard anything from them.

GBZero stars, if I could... UPDATE: Thanks for confirming that I am actually a longtime customer! Your inability to see prior orders isn't my problem; should anyone wish to inquire, I'll happily provide them with my receipts, as I CAN access them in my gmail (the 16 oz was ordered 10/22/13, to be exact...I do believe that there was another, as well). You've heard plenty since then...you just choose not to post it. I'm not going to sit & waste keystrokes arguing what EM looks or smells like; as previously stated, I've been wearing it for over 30 years now & am well-versed on what good quality EM should look & smell like; please just take the L and admit that just MAYBE you all decided to sell a bad batch. Light ≠ nonexistent; quality Egyptian Musk lasts ALL DAY, at minimum. You had ample opportunity to make it right when I first contacted you; however, you seemed to think it to be a GOOD idea to further irritate an already disgruntled customer & seemed to think not publishing my review would prevent THIS. Sorry that 4 oz of oil was worth this to you. Original Review: I've been ordering from WBO for some years now; once upon a time, I loved their Egyptian Musk...now? Its definitely watered down, & barely scented. Uncut Egyptian Musk is a rich, golden brown color; this batch is pale yellow & I can't identify what it smells like. I've worn this scent for 30+ years & am WELL AWARE of what it's supposed to look & smell like; this ain't it, & I'm disturbed by the lack of customer service when the so-called owner was confronted about it. Your return policy isn't clearly stated, & me buying it doesn't mean it'll be used immediately...it's fragrance oil, & I should be able to open it whenever (and a couple of months definitely should affect it's strength; I've owned 16 oz bottles for YEARS that smelled just as good as day 1!). Also, the story below is probably true; having allegedly spoken to the owner, i concur that she's very rude & unprofessional. Now, let's see if a review that isn't very complementary actually makes it to public view, seeing that my customer testimonial never seems to make it to the actual page. :)
