GBI had been ordering for years since… I had been ordering for years since 2012 and had an issue with my last order last year called and they were rude!! My oils seemed diluted but they were new scents I expressed how I felt the lady seemed as if she did not care and stated it has to be the new scents are your ones you order fine I said YES. I sent an email expressing how RUDE she was and that was not great customer service and they needed to make the issue right as I was a long time customer and if they did not I would report the issue to the BBB which I never did. I placed another order for my usual scents and they Cancelled the order so I called and was advised since I stated I would go to the BBB they would not be filling any of my orders. The person on the line was RUDE so this is just a company that does not care. So beware order a scent you know is good cause the others are WEAK and diluted. Trust me they are cheaper for a reason #ISAIDWHATISAID
