GBWill the real Karen please stand up!!!!? I was contacted by Karen, from Mocha Whip, on today. She saw a review I posted and wanted to reach out to me. I'm still smiling from the phone call! It is always refreshing to be on the receiving end of some good, old fashion customer service! Karen truly exceeded all expectations! As I stated before in my initial review, this product is really good! I ordered two of the whipped butters and I'm currently using the vanilla chai. I absolutely LOVE it and was never shy about sharing that! It, seriously, lasts all day, keeps my skin hydrated and soft, and has a long lasting aroma! My initial review included my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I initially recieved; however, Karen provided more insight and explained that due to COVID there were some changes to staffing and unexpected issues, including a decrease in staff. I really appreciate her transparency! Karen is a gem! Keep her on the team! I'll continue to support Mocha Whip! 🖤

GBMaybe another time I ordered the product on June 1st. I received an email advising they were behind schedule 3 days later. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and after 1 week recieved a full refund. While I never got to try the product the company was always very responsive and professional when handling my concerns. They are not perfect but they are transparent.

GBPatiently awaiting I’m not sure yet. Received an email that my product hasn’t shipped yet but they’re working on filling the order. I appreciate the communication just letting me know they hadn’t forgotten me. It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of orders placed through Apple Pay.

GBImpressed I really appreciate Mel's generosity. She has been very gracious throughout, especially being this was my first Mocha Whip purchase. I was impressed with the customer service and the products. Unfortunately, due to the current health crisis my order experienced some delays. I was kept apprised periodically about my order. Will reorder once health crisis is over.

GBNo order.......well over a month I placed an order 7/1 and have yet to receive it. I’ve contacted the company multiple times. It went from a delay due to Covid to a delay due to Hurricane warnings to the item will be shipped that day and I’ll have notification that evening. Welp that was a week ago and no tracking or order. I’ll be contacting both the Better Business Bureau and my financial institution.
