GBCOVID MADE YOUR CARELESS! I am so 😡 mad that I supported this business!!! I am truly patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with delays from COVID however, what I cannot be understanding to is neglecting your customers. When you do so THEY LEAVE YOU! taking their page private and not responding to consumers is horrible and inconsiderate. During a time where retail is just about dying, you have people who genuinely want to support you and you can’t even have the decency to respond to us. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

GBImpressed I really appreciate Mel's generosity. She has been very gracious throughout, especially being this was my first Mocha Whip purchase. I was impressed with the customer service and the products. Unfortunately, due to the current health crisis my order experienced some delays. I was kept apprised periodically about my order. Will reorder once health crisis is over.

GBDo not buy from this company It's sad because I wanted to support a black owned business. This company has stopped responding to emails and calls. Placed an order July 3rd and it's now almost September 1st. After customers started commenting questions on their most recent IG post about not getting their orders they privated their account. FB doesn't have any recent posts, and website is still taking new orders. Taking action to get my money back and report to Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBAfter months of not receiving my order… After months of not receiving my order nor hearing back from them I contacted my bank and got my money back. I have yet to hear back from them after emailing them about a refund or status of my order. This is my second review so that people know, if you order from them you’re basically giving your money away. I had orderered back in June and after a few emails from them saying they’ll deliver soon eventually they stopped communicating. I will continue to support black Owned business just not this company!! Save your money people!

GBGoodbye money I placed an order 3 months ago. Periodic updates were given saying COVID was impacting supply deliveries, that is understandable. But seeing other reviews it appears a similar story is happening. I received an email saying my order shipped 8/3 but after two weeks, nothing. No order, no tracking updates, nada. I reached out to the company to receive an email back on 8/18 from Jan saying she will update me by EOD...no such update was provided. I’ve followed up twice and not a peep. Instagram is private and now the website is completely gone. I don’t know what good it does now but if the company resurfaces, buyer beware!
