GBFinally got my order... After weeks without an update, they finally reached out via phone and email, after my initial review. I appreciate their honesty about their staff shortage and shipping delays due to covid. If they maintain their transparency and update their customers within a timely manner, I'm sure more customers would understand. I received my order on July 13th and placed my order June 11th. I loved the Shea butter and swirlies I ordered and they were well packaged. The African soap scrub becomes a bit seperated so it is more soap than scrub.

GBPlease DO NOT BUY from this company Please do not buy from this company. It is not legit. They are scammers and thieves. They’ve stolen from hundreds of people for YEARS now by accepting orders but not fulfilling them. They had to delete their original Facebook page because of the backlash they were getting. They delete negative comments and posts on both Facebook and Instagram. I only received a refund after months and months of no response because I threatened legal action. They gave me a coupon code to use as well to retain me as a customer. After my anger calmed down, I decided to give them a second chance with the coupon code (many months later). They never fulfilled that order either.

GBProduct Never Came Ordered in June, got tracking in August, never received product and they haven’t responded to any outreach. At this point they’re basically a scam. ETA 1/20/21: after this review I sent one last email and FINALLY received a refund. It appears the company has gone out of business, even though none of their social media reflects that. So if you’re still waiting, reach out one last time for that refund!

GBCOVID MADE YOUR CARELESS! I am so 😡 mad that I supported this business!!! I am truly patient and understanding when it comes to dealing with delays from COVID however, what I cannot be understanding to is neglecting your customers. When you do so THEY LEAVE YOU! taking their page private and not responding to consumers is horrible and inconsiderate. During a time where retail is just about dying, you have people who genuinely want to support you and you can’t even have the decency to respond to us. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

GBImpressed I really appreciate Mel's generosity. She has been very gracious throughout, especially being this was my first Mocha Whip purchase. I was impressed with the customer service and the products. Unfortunately, due to the current health crisis my order experienced some delays. I was kept apprised periodically about my order. Will reorder once health crisis is over.
