GBProduct Never Came Ordered in June, got tracking in August, never received product and they haven’t responded to any outreach. At this point they’re basically a scam. ETA 1/20/21: after this review I sent one last email and FINALLY received a refund. It appears the company has gone out of business, even though none of their social media reflects that. So if you’re still waiting, reach out one last time for that refund!

GBFabulous! Rich but not heavy! Fabulous product. Rich and luxurious in texture and feel during application...light and non-greasy feel once applied! Truly magical!! I've never come across a product like this before. It is my go-to for gifting. If you're waiting to buy - just do it! No regrets :) So many reasons to love Mocha Whip. I'll be a customer for LIFE!

GBGoodbye money I placed an order 3 months ago. Periodic updates were given saying COVID was impacting supply deliveries, that is understandable. But seeing other reviews it appears a similar story is happening. I received an email saying my order shipped 8/3 but after two weeks, nothing. No order, no tracking updates, nada. I reached out to the company to receive an email back on 8/18 from Jan saying she will update me by EOD...no such update was provided. I’ve followed up twice and not a peep. Instagram is private and now the website is completely gone. I don’t know what good it does now but if the company resurfaces, buyer beware!

GBDo not buy from this company It's sad because I wanted to support a black owned business. This company has stopped responding to emails and calls. Placed an order July 3rd and it's now almost September 1st. After customers started commenting questions on their most recent IG post about not getting their orders they privated their account. FB doesn't have any recent posts, and website is still taking new orders. Taking action to get my money back and report to Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

GBNever received Placed my order (S-3356) early June. Received a couple of updates about delays due to Covid which is understanding. On August 3rd, I received a tracking order and notice that my order shipped. However, it is now end of September and no change in tracking order and no word from company. I’ve sent multiple emails for an update or a refund. No response. I was really looking forward to trying their products. I do see on their website they have not been taking any more orders to catch up on current orders despite what other reviews have stated.
