USMaybe another time I ordered the product on June 1st. I received an email advising they were behind schedule 3 days later. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and after 1 week recieved a full refund. While I never got to try the product the company was always very responsive and professional when handling my concerns. They are not perfect but they are transparent.

USA product that smells great and feels great! My wife purchased this product, introduced it to me, and as a man I was initially reluctant to try it. However, I find myself using the African soap regularly. I enjoy the clean feel that leaves on my face and I can appreciate that it is chemical free. I also enjoy using the shealoe butter cream as a massaging cream on my wife. These are wonderful products and we plan on making another purchase as we are running low.

USWill the real Karen please stand up!!!!? I was contacted by Karen, from Mocha Whip, on today. She saw a review I posted and wanted to reach out to me. I'm still smiling from the phone call! It is always refreshing to be on the receiving end of some good, old fashion customer service! Karen truly exceeded all expectations! As I stated before in my initial review, this product is really good! I ordered two of the whipped butters and I'm currently using the vanilla chai. I absolutely LOVE it and was never shy about sharing that! It, seriously, lasts all day, keeps my skin hydrated and soft, and has a long lasting aroma! My initial review included my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I initially recieved; however, Karen provided more insight and explained that due to COVID there were some changes to staffing and unexpected issues, including a decrease in staff. I really appreciate her transparency! Karen is a gem! Keep her on the team! I'll continue to support Mocha Whip! 🖤

USFinally got my order... After weeks without an update, they finally reached out via phone and email, after my initial review. I appreciate their honesty about their staff shortage and shipping delays due to covid. If they maintain their transparency and update their customers within a timely manner, I'm sure more customers would understand. I received my order on July 13th and placed my order June 11th. I loved the Shea butter and swirlies I ordered and they were well packaged. The African soap scrub becomes a bit seperated so it is more soap than scrub.

USHave placed an order over a month ago… Have placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Seeing a lot of customer complaints about not receiving their orders! Every company says due to Covid-19 is why shipping is delayed. I have placed orders after I placed an order with this company and still received my items in a timely manner! By now companies should have established a system to get orders out so stop blaming everything on COVID! Apparently this always been an issue with this company. They constantly delete customer complaints on IG and Facebook
