JTF...excellent sales support...turnaround on support slow. Positive: Product pricing is very competitive with timely shipping. Excellent sales support(Zach Connelly)...also provides quick resolution to open issues. Negative:Slow turnaround on repair issues.

He was very helpful an sent a technician to my Office. There was only a few minutes to find a solution and after another few days the new part was assembled. So the copy machine still works like new.

I learned the printer I ordered online no longer was in stock, but the employee I communicated with apologized and was diligent about getting another one shipped to me as soon as possible. He also pointed out there was a similar, less-expensive model (without wi-fi) available to be shipped sooner, and it might be adequate for what I need. He was right and saved me a lot of money! Our small office was back up and running quickly.
