GBWas friendly and helpful After a day with some questions about warranty and Service contracts, i found a good represantative from the sales department. He was very helpful an sent a technician to my Office. There was only a few minutes to find a solution and after another few days the new part was assembled. So the copy machine still works like new.

GBItem was NOT in stock I ordered a printer showing "IN STOCK". Order canceled the next day because it was not, and the item information removed from the website. Seems like they don't update their stock status data regularly; waste of my item registering online just to buy the printer. Bought elsewhere and shipped the same day.

GBGave me an unbeatable price Gave me an unbeatable price. The customer service I received was equally impressive. I learned the printer I ordered online no longer was in stock, but the employee I communicated with apologized and was diligent about getting another one shipped to me as soon as possible. He also pointed out there was a similar, less-expensive model (without wi-fi) available to be shipped sooner, and it might be adequate for what I need. He was right and saved me a lot of money! Our small office was back up and running quickly.
