GBFALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT BUY FALSE ADVERTISING!! Do NOT buy from JTF I purchased a printer from them, under the impression it was free shipping and the full printer set, when placing the order the invoice they sent had $540 dollars for "shipping and handling" which originally was supposed to be free, but they gave a bs excuse that it was due to the size of the printer. after 3 days that I placed the order they decide to call me and tell me if I want to pay an additional $140 dollars for the bottom part of the printer. I ask to speak to a manager since that was not specified on their details of the product, the picture shows the full set, and there is no choice to add it on their website. After I get transferred to the manager, he tells me he can give it to me at "cost" which is $280 dollars. TWICE the price their sales rep gave me. apart from being extremely rude.

GBJtF is the place to start JtF is the place to start. You probably won't need to go anywhere else - they've got everything and can take your description of what you need and make suggestions. Ask in particular for Zach - the guy is a machine when it comes to knowing what JTF sells, matching it to your needs, figuring best value for the dollar, lowest overall cost.... everything. You'll save hours of research if you just ask him, and you can be sure you're doing the buying -- he isn't selling.

GBJTF...excellent sales support...turnaround on support slow. Positive: Product pricing is very competitive with timely shipping. Excellent sales support(Zach Connelly)...also provides quick resolution to open issues. Negative:Slow turnaround on repair issues.

He did a great job helping me select the right unit, gave a very competitive price, and got it delivered quickly. Two weeks later, a network printer in another office died - I knew who to call! Zach once again came through with selection, price, and quick delivery. Did I mention the great follow up throughout the process? As others have stated, this level of service is all too rare these days!
