Zach has been our representative for years and each time we reach out for any issues he is quick to involve his team of experts to help us out. We are a concert production company that must have our copier for designing purposes at all times. We have several employees using it at any given time. We recently had to get assistance when the machine just quit working. The team at JTF worked diligently and with care to make sure we were up an going as quickly as possible. Two words: Customer Service!!! I needed an all-in-one machine for a new office and found JTF online. Submitted an inquiry and got a prompt recommendation from Zach Connelly. He did a great job helping me select the right unit, gave a very competitive price, and got it delivered quickly. Two weeks later, a network printer in another office died - I knew who to call! Zach once again came through with selection, price, and quick delivery. Did I mention the great follow up throughout the process? As others have stated, this level of service is all too rare these days!

Good company good service Purchased from JTF in the past and they are my first "go to" for business machines, however this last time I purchased elsewhere because they don't offer HP printers.

Item was NOT in stock I ordered a printer showing "IN STOCK". Order canceled the next day because it was not, and the item information removed from the website. Seems like they don't update their stock status data regularly; waste of my item registering online just to buy the printer. Bought elsewhere and shipped the same day.
