Fake Products I ordered a Naked 2 palette and I received a fake one/ replica. I have contacted them via email and Instagram, but I never got an answer. A waste of money. I cannot recommend them. Really disappointing.

Paid 100$ haven't received package Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails. I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.

I am rating this site as a seller... I am rating this site from a sellers point of view. I sold several packages to glambot. The first few transactions went well. However, after that, they next couple of transactions I got several items they wouldn’t pay me for because it was from an unaccepted brand or some other excuse when I only sent approved items that I found listed on their site. The final unethical thing they did was they did not even pay me for my last package. I accepted their cash offer, and they never even sent the money to my paypal account. I emailed them about this several times and never got a response. Don’t let them Steal your makeup like they Stole mine.

Great earnings from my make ups! I'm not much into make ups but my friends keep gifting me Colourpops. The ones that I think doesn't suit me, I make sure to get them sent to Glambot. This is a sure-fire way to make something out of the things you don't need. Thanks, Glambot!

Zero customer Service Pre-Covid they were a good site, "Doug' from Customer Care would answer emails relatively fast, now they're really bad, they NEVER reply to emails, they absolutely ignore you, they NEVER reply to DM's. They take a few weeks before they ship your order. I personally, as a customer find it insulting to send 10 emails and NOT receive even one reply. Unless they get their act together, they've lost me as a customer.
