UAI have not received the package They sent the parcel almost 2 months ago. My order ( tracking №UC001058435US) was stop tracking 3 weeks ago in Japan. The address that I indicated for delivery (to Ukraine) is correct - this address saved on the Glambot site, so its cant be my mistake. I sent them an email, but Glambot just ignores the messages (( It is very disappointing that in our time there are such deceivers. I support the previous customer opinion -Glambot is a scam!

HRPaid 100$ haven't received package Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails. I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.

GBI am rating this site as a seller... I am rating this site from a sellers point of view. I sold several packages to glambot. The first few transactions went well. However, after that, they next couple of transactions I got several items they wouldn’t pay me for because it was from an unaccepted brand or some other excuse when I only sent approved items that I found listed on their site. The final unethical thing they did was they did not even pay me for my last package. I accepted their cash offer, and they never even sent the money to my paypal account. I emailed them about this several times and never got a response. Don’t let them Steal your makeup like they Stole mine.

GBI'm rating as a buyer I'm rating as a buyer. I bought a product that even on glambot is a stretch for my budget to justify. Then I learned these items were sent in from people just like me so I became worried about the product quality would it be missing some colors, would make up brushes of other people have touched the product. Those fears but now that the product finally arrived I'm pleased to report it looks to be 100% new. I didn't give 5 stars because the shipping time is very lengthy in my opinion 15+ days. It's sad to read all the seller reviews that are not positive realities because this type of program helped me gain quality I would have never been able to have before. So I hope this company can step up in communication and if they won't pay for products received at least return it.

GBHad reservations but product and service were fantastic! I was initially skeptical of "used" makeup but I ordered a few small items to test the service and I was pleasantly surprised. The items were all practically new, very well cleaned up with great packaging. I felt very comfortable using the products and I haven't had any problems. The selection and price of rare MAC products can't be beat. I will be ordering again! Thank you, Glambot!
