glambot is a pile of s**t I got 7-8 years old makeup products (different brands) even though they say they only accept "Non-Expired (must be sent in within at least 3 months from printed expiration date If applicable". And fake things like sigma brushes, palettes. And since i'm an international buyer i can complain but there are no returns... Such lies. Also they are expensive as f considering that they are a second hand makeup shop. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!!

The worst company! The worst company!! Three of my orders are lost! I’ve been waiting since January. I've emailed them several times, but got no answer. They don’t care about their customers!! I agree with the comment below: An absolute scam!!!

Overall good deal This time I made 4 different orders, the first of the four arrived without any issue, shipping wasn't as fast as previous times but tracking was consistently updating throughout the month. I purchased on September 10 (tracking info was updated on September 14th), and arrived on October 1. Product was just as described 80% fill (actually barely swatched) and was 40% off with free shipping so overall a great deal. I wasn't so lucky with the rest of my purchases but still planing on keep buying from Glambot.com.

Avoid glambot like the plague Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don’t think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply. I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn’t refund me the postage for the second parcel!!! I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn’t work. Save yourself and avoid this site.

I placed my first order last month on… I placed my first order last month on Black Friday and I was really impressed by the deals they were offering. They had sitewide 30% off and an additional clearance section of items for up to 80% off. They had Urban Decay, MAC, Too FCed and even some Kat Von D items (a more limited selection). I’ve never beeen able to get these brands for that cheap. Absolutely amazing. I just got my items earlier this week and they are almost like brand new. Super impressed!
