Glambot saved me Been having some rough time since a loss and trying to recover from expenses. Glambot has helped me with selling what I treasure but don't really need as of the moment. We're now recovering and will continue with Glambot.

I placed my first order last month on… I placed my first order last month on Black Friday and I was really impressed by the deals they were offering. They had sitewide 30% off and an additional clearance section of items for up to 80% off. They had Urban Decay, MAC, Too FCed and even some Kat Von D items (a more limited selection). I’ve never beeen able to get these brands for that cheap. Absolutely amazing. I just got my items earlier this week and they are almost like brand new. Super impressed!

I ordered from Czech Republic and the… I ordered from Czech Republic and the package arrived really fast. The products were as new. Really nothing to complain about from my end! I saw many bad reviews and I got scared that my order will arrive late if at all, but my experience with Glambot has been nothing but positive.

glambot is a pile of s**t I got 7-8 years old makeup products (different brands) even though they say they only accept "Non-Expired (must be sent in within at least 3 months from printed expiration date If applicable". And fake things like sigma brushes, palettes. And since i'm an international buyer i can complain but there are no returns... Such lies. Also they are expensive as f considering that they are a second hand makeup shop. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!!

Avoid glambot like the plague Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don’t think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply. I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn’t refund me the postage for the second parcel!!! I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn’t work. Save yourself and avoid this site.
