Customer Service Non-Existent In my time of using the Glambot website, I've been fortunate to have received all my purchases. However, when I went to deactivate/delete my account as I no longer wished to use the service I was directed to their '' help '' email. I've contacted Glambot several times and requested my account be deleted. They've not responded to my requests. I find it infuriating to have a website without the option to opt out of the service. I'm very shocked and disgusted by how they're handling other people's orders and simply not shipping or refunding items. I hope that appropriate actions will be taken and all whom have been scammed will be reimbursed. Beware of using the service and don't bother using the email as it's a dead end :(

Avoid glambot like the plague Avoid glambot like the plague. No customer service, as in I don’t think they have anyone who deals with enquiries since you literally never get a reply. I ordered several orders seperately in order to get them into Norway without paying customer duty on them. Glambot combined the orders without my knowledge or consent, so I had to pay vat and a high processing fee, not to mention double postage as they didn’t refund me the postage for the second parcel!!! I thought it was a good way of trying things cheaply to see if I wanted to buy them new. The products themselves are fine, nothing wrong there, it is the structure of the seller that doesn’t work. Save yourself and avoid this site.

I'm rating as a buyer I'm rating as a buyer. I bought a product that even on glambot is a stretch for my budget to justify. Then I learned these items were sent in from people just like me so I became worried about the product quality would it be missing some colors, would make up brushes of other people have touched the product. Those fears but now that the product finally arrived I'm pleased to report it looks to be 100% new. I didn't give 5 stars because the shipping time is very lengthy in my opinion 15+ days. It's sad to read all the seller reviews that are not positive realities because this type of program helped me gain quality I would have never been able to have before. So I hope this company can step up in communication and if they won't pay for products received at least return it.

Good service products are as expected… Good service products are as expected but without the original boxes. Another remark is the delivery time to Europe and the customs duty paid (5.36 Euro on an order of $49.92, more than 11% of the value). Interesting also he products are made in Italy and reimported in Italy.

The worst customer service The worst customer service I am in Australia and I've had a parcel missing since April. I've emailed 15 times..... receive tickets but no response Additional parcels have arrived with broken or missing items No response! What a joke. An absolute scam
