Do not even know how I subscribed but… Do not even know how I subscribed but they hound me with SMS texts and when I try to unsub they make it such a mission to do so (I had to visit 2 webpages and then fill out a form). This has been the worst experience I would NEVER buy from them, what a disgraceful company!

I ordered from Czech Republic and the… I ordered from Czech Republic and the package arrived really fast. The products were as new. Really nothing to complain about from my end! I saw many bad reviews and I got scared that my order will arrive late if at all, but my experience with Glambot has been nothing but positive.

I'm rating as a buyer I'm rating as a buyer. I bought a product that even on glambot is a stretch for my budget to justify. Then I learned these items were sent in from people just like me so I became worried about the product quality would it be missing some colors, would make up brushes of other people have touched the product. Those fears but now that the product finally arrived I'm pleased to report it looks to be 100% new. I didn't give 5 stars because the shipping time is very lengthy in my opinion 15+ days. It's sad to read all the seller reviews that are not positive realities because this type of program helped me gain quality I would have never been able to have before. So I hope this company can step up in communication and if they won't pay for products received at least return it.

Zero customer Service Pre-Covid they were a good site, "Doug' from Customer Care would answer emails relatively fast, now they're really bad, they NEVER reply to emails, they absolutely ignore you, they NEVER reply to DM's. They take a few weeks before they ship your order. I personally, as a customer find it insulting to send 10 emails and NOT receive even one reply. Unless they get their act together, they've lost me as a customer.

Offered me 17 dollars for 19 high end… Offered me 17 dollars for 19 high end items after having my package delivered and waiting for other two months - if you reject the offer they charge 15 for a return. Company is a complete scam and has horrible ethics.
