Do not even know how I subscribed but… Do not even know how I subscribed but they hound me with SMS texts and when I try to unsub they make it such a mission to do so (I had to visit 2 webpages and then fill out a form). This has been the worst experience I would NEVER buy from them, what a disgraceful company!

Paid 100$ haven't received package Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails. I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.

I have not received the package They sent the parcel almost 2 months ago. My order ( tracking №UC001058435US) was stop tracking 3 weeks ago in Japan. The address that I indicated for delivery (to Ukraine) is correct - this address saved on the Glambot site, so its cant be my mistake. I sent them an email, but Glambot just ignores the messages (( It is very disappointing that in our time there are such deceivers. I support the previous customer opinion -Glambot is a scam!

I placed my first order last month on… I placed my first order last month on Black Friday and I was really impressed by the deals they were offering. They had sitewide 30% off and an additional clearance section of items for up to 80% off. They had Urban Decay, MAC, Too FCed and even some Kat Von D items (a more limited selection). I’ve never beeen able to get these brands for that cheap. Absolutely amazing. I just got my items earlier this week and they are almost like brand new. Super impressed!
