Had reservations but product and service were fantastic! I was initially skeptical of "used" makeup but I ordered a few small items to test the service and I was pleasantly surprised. The items were all practically new, very well cleaned up with great packaging. I felt very comfortable using the products and I haven't had any problems. The selection and price of rare MAC products can't be beat. I will be ordering again! Thank you, Glambot!

Do not even know how I subscribed but… Do not even know how I subscribed but they hound me with SMS texts and when I try to unsub they make it such a mission to do so (I had to visit 2 webpages and then fill out a form). This has been the worst experience I would NEVER buy from them, what a disgraceful company!

The worst company! The worst company!! Three of my orders are lost! I’ve been waiting since January. I've emailed them several times, but got no answer. They don’t care about their customers!! I agree with the comment below: An absolute scam!!!

Offered me 17 dollars for 19 high end… Offered me 17 dollars for 19 high end items after having my package delivered and waiting for other two months - if you reject the offer they charge 15 for a return. Company is a complete scam and has horrible ethics.

Paid 100$ haven't received package Paid 100$, haven't received my package. It's been 4 months of me trying to contact them, they don't respond on any of my e-mails. I bought package in June, they responded in September. They refund me in glambucks, at least something.
