If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation. Sales gone down hill..… Our previous sales rep for Barcodes was great, she was responsive, provided individualized service and good pricing. After she left, customer service has not been the same. The reps are not as responsive, shipping seems to be a wreck and that personalized service is gone. It has been a challenge to get printers/components ordered and shipped accurately.

Barcodes Inc performs admirably on a regular basis Been working with Barcodes Inc for several years now. I have had very good experiences with delivery times and product availability. Some prices have been a bit more then what can be found else where online but, as a general rule, they have worked with me to make adjustments where possible. I have spent 10's of thousands probably at this point with Barcodes and would recommend them.

I sent our tablet in for repair I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.

Ordering made easy! I couldn't have happier with the prompt service and ordering process. Global supply chain issues were about to negatively impact our new POS project rollout. With one call I was put in touch with a friendly Rep who understood our issue. She immediately began checking inventory at their various warehouses and by the next morning found and reserved exactly what I needed. Turns out we had previously purchased a few items years back under various accounts and all that history was located. Barcodes Inc. and our Rep kept our project on track and my days stress-free!
