GBOrdering made easy! I couldn't have happier with the prompt service and ordering process. Global supply chain issues were about to negatively impact our new POS project rollout. With one call I was put in touch with a friendly Rep who understood our issue. She immediately began checking inventory at their various warehouses and by the next morning found and reserved exactly what I needed. Turns out we had previously purchased a few items years back under various accounts and all that history was located. Barcodes Inc. and our Rep kept our project on track and my days stress-free!

GBI ordered Zebra printer and we have⦠I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

GBDanielle Meere Danielle Meere, who is our account manager, always makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation. GBI sent our tablet in for repair I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.
