Exceptional quality products and reliable deadlines! I have ordered multiple printheads and a new ZT411 printer and all have been exceptional quality. Each order has been set to next business day by 10am and all 3 orders have arrived by deadline which kept our operations with 0 down perceived downtime. Excellent work.

Danielle Meere As a new customer to Barcodes, we are extremely happy with the customer service. I chatted with Danielle Meere about inventory for a specific, hard to find item. She was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were four in stock. By the time I had obtained my company’s internal approvals and placed the order, the item had sold out and was showing as backordered! Just as I started a new search, Danielle called to let me know that she had set one aside for us and it would be shipped out today. She literally saved the day and our customer deadline. We are thrilled to have a direct senior account executive at Barcodes with this level of dedication and care for her customers!

Outstanding customer service Barcodes Inc, Was able to provide an outstanding customer service experience. I have to acknowledge the fact that the experience this time around is owed to Alyce Miller, replacing ASP's last sales Rep. We now have someone we can count on.

Sales gone down hill..… Our previous sales rep for Barcodes was great, she was responsive, provided individualized service and good pricing. After she left, customer service has not been the same. The reps are not as responsive, shipping seems to be a wreck and that personalized service is gone. It has been a challenge to get printers/components ordered and shipped accurately.

Danielle Meere Danielle Meere, who is our account manager, always makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation.
