USI sent our tablet in for repair I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.

USI ordered Zebra printer and we have… I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

USSales gone down hill..… Our previous sales rep for Barcodes was great, she was responsive, provided individualized service and good pricing. After she left, customer service has not been the same. The reps are not as responsive, shipping seems to be a wreck and that personalized service is gone. It has been a challenge to get printers/components ordered and shipped accurately.
