New guy needing help ordering. I am new to the position and still have a lot to learn, I was having trouble ordering printer paper, prc battery doors and prcs. I sent an email and very quickly Jeff Gillespie gave me a call to help me out. In the conversation I found out he doesn't even handle the prcs but was willing to help me anyway! Outstanding Service Ya'll did outstanding to say the least. I had a representative(Eric Lavine) reach out to me regard some items in my e-cart shortly I left the site. He was very helpful with choosing the right product for my sites' needs.. once I placed an order he kept me updated and even followed up as soon as the items were delivered.
