I ordered Zebra printer and we have… I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

Danielle Meere As a new customer to Barcodes, we are extremely happy with the customer service. I chatted with Danielle Meere about inventory for a specific, hard to find item. She was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. There were four in stock. By the time I had obtained my company’s internal approvals and placed the order, the item had sold out and was showing as backordered! Just as I started a new search, Danielle called to let me know that she had set one aside for us and it would be shipped out today. She literally saved the day and our customer deadline. We are thrilled to have a direct senior account executive at Barcodes with this level of dedication and care for her customers!

Outstanding Service Ya'll did outstanding to say the least. I had a representative(Eric Lavine) reach out to me regard some items in my e-cart shortly I left the site. He was very helpful with choosing the right product for my sites' needs.. once I placed an order he kept me updated and even followed up as soon as the items were delivered. Would definitely return for any future purchases.

Great customer service! Kyle Kirwan has always gone above and beyond providing the best customer service anyone could ask for! No matter how many requests I may have any given day; he is always polite and responds in a timely fashion. Even when he might not have an answer, he will respond to acknowledge my request and let me know that he is working on it. This goes a long way. I truly appreciate Kyle's dedication and work ethic. Danielle Meere Danielle Meere, who is our account manager, always makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation.
