GBI ordered Zebra printer and we have… I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

GBI sent our tablet in for repair I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.

I sent an email and very quickly Jeff Gillespie gave me a call to help me out. In the conversation I found out he doesn't even handle the prcs but was willing to help me anyway!
