GBI sent our tablet in for repair I sent our tablet in for repair. Since purchased from Barcodes (Emkat) 6/20, tablet has not performed well, broke down. Sent in recently for repair-was case issue-not touched, charged me $649, sent back & still does not work. Contacted numerous times, no solutions. I would NOT buy another zebra tablet - no support.

GBNew guy needing help ordering. I am new to the position and still have a lot to learn, I was having trouble ordering printer paper, prc battery doors and prcs. I sent an email and very quickly Jeff Gillespie gave me a call to help me out. In the conversation I found out he doesn't even handle the prcs but was willing to help me anyway! GBI ordered Zebra printer and we have… I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

GBtried scamming out of more money ordered 3 things online, checked out and paid…then get a phone call saying the prices wasnt right on there website (which i looked at for a week before ordering) and they needed more money or cancel the order…i just took my business to POSguys and everything went smooth..got everything i ordered and they didnt call trying to get more money….stay away from this place and go buy from posguys

GBSales gone down hill..… Our previous sales rep for Barcodes was great, she was responsive, provided individualized service and good pricing. After she left, customer service has not been the same. The reps are not as responsive, shipping seems to be a wreck and that personalized service is gone. It has been a challenge to get printers/components ordered and shipped accurately.
