GBI ordered Zebra printer and we have… I ordered Zebra printer and we have troubled to print the receipt then I called their technician and he said it is printer issue and he want me send it back. So, I did send them back and they received. They never send me new printer and ask for return and they don't want return the money.

If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation.
