I sent an email and very quickly Jeff Gillespie gave me a call to help me out. In the conversation I found out he doesn't even handle the prcs but was willing to help me anyway! GBtried scamming out of more money ordered 3 things online, checked out and paid…then get a phone call saying the prices wasnt right on there website (which i looked at for a week before ordering) and they needed more money or cancel the order…i just took my business to POSguys and everything went smooth..got everything i ordered and they didnt call trying to get more money….stay away from this place and go buy from posguys

GBGreat customer service! Kyle Kirwan has always gone above and beyond providing the best customer service anyone could ask for! No matter how many requests I may have any given day; he is always polite and responds in a timely fashion. Even when he might not have an answer, he will respond to acknowledge my request and let me know that he is working on it. This goes a long way. I truly appreciate Kyle's dedication and work ethic. GBOrdering made easy! I couldn't have happier with the prompt service and ordering process. Global supply chain issues were about to negatively impact our new POS project rollout. With one call I was put in touch with a friendly Rep who understood our issue. She immediately began checking inventory at their various warehouses and by the next morning found and reserved exactly what I needed. Turns out we had previously purchased a few items years back under various accounts and all that history was located. Barcodes Inc. and our Rep kept our project on track and my days stress-free!

GBDanielle Meere Danielle Meere, who is our account manager, always makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. If Danielle ever sees a part that is back ordered or delayed I always get a follow up e-mail or call from Danielle informing of the issue. If I make a mistake on a Purchase order Danielle makes me aware immediately and helps me correct the situation.
