GBDisappointed Disappointed - the customer service is really bad. I ordered so many products - got the small ones and lotions etc but the main ones that I wanted were not delivered. After so many attempts to reach them it was determined that they would resend them and I agreed to pay for new shipping charges. I would be invoiced - that was 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half - seriously. Each time I email them I get a "we will get back to you in 48 hours" - what the heck? Really want to like this and the company but so far.....

GBProducts really work, and now they have top notch customer service too! I wanted to update my review for Ashley Black's team. I recently had a problem with the blaster I bought in Fall and they had a wonderful representative named Tanya who deserves all the things! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She singlehandedly made me feel like a valued customer and prompted me to rewrite my review. Thank you!

GBUntrustworthy I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails. Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute. I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.
