Great method, but no customer service, and cheaply made products Great product - overpriced, but effective. One item was left out of my original order. I contacted customer service and was told 4-8 weeks; it's been 12 and it has not shown up. Another item broke and after completing their ridiculous return process (form, multiple pictures of item on top of form), I cannot get any response to check status. I was contacted and they sent an email that contained a link to original form. No customer service phone number on the site. Buy the knockoff and watch the YouTube videos.

I recently had a problem with the blaster I bought in Fall and they had a wonderful representative named Tanya who deserves all the things! Untrustworthy I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails. Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute. I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

Works If we’re rating Ashley, forget it. Never received a response to my question. However, love the product and really works with consistency. The problem is you must keep using it. I wish there was something automatic you could use.
