GBWorks If we’re rating Ashley, forget it. Never received a response to my question. However, love the product and really works with consistency. The problem is you must keep using it. I wish there was something automatic you could use.

GBUntrustworthy I requested to return a product, sent it recorded delivery (it was delivered) but the company provided no refund and stopped responding to my emails. Eventually, PayPal issued a refund after a dispute. I also find it very concerning that their main Facebook page no longer allows public comments. There is no way to keep them accountable for misinformation and poor customer service. Also, there are several facebook groups with negative feedback on the company and the product.

GBAshley Black Guru is awesome and… Ashley Black Guru is awesome and helpful in so many ways. I’ve had issues with my knees for years and a few months with the fasciablaster and I felt good as new.
