AUAppalling Customer Service Appalling Customer Service. I ordered my products 11.5 weeks ago, and haven’t even received them yet. I’ve been dismissed and told that it’s the Australia Posts and my problem now because it left their warehouse and there is nothing they can do about it. I have emailed a few times from about the 6 week mark and sometimes it takes a week to hear back from them. To add insult to injury, they offered me a 10% discount to appease my frustration. 😂 Like I’m spending more money with them and I haven’t received my first parcel? As far as I can see Australia Post received Parcel Info but may not have even received the parcel. The company is a joke and maybe even a sham. And from what I’m reading with other reviews I may as well forget my $300 - I won’t get it back and I won’t receive my cheaply made products either. Don’t bother.. Find a service more reliable, customer focused and timely and save yourself the time and effort with this greedy company. I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC and encouraging others to do the same. They shouldn’t have trading rights here in Australia

GBThe product literally fell apart in my… The product literally fell apart in my hands the 1st time I used it. I filed a inquiry on the website as instructed including photos and a description of the problem. That was 2 days ago and I have yet to hear back from anybody.
