Products really work, and now they have top notch customer service too! I wanted to update my review for Ashley Black's team. I recently had a problem with the blaster I bought in Fall and they had a wonderful representative named Tanya who deserves all the things! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She singlehandedly made me feel like a valued customer and prompted me to rewrite my review. Thank you!

Works If we’re rating Ashley, forget it. Never received a response to my question. However, love the product and really works with consistency. The problem is you must keep using it. I wish there was something automatic you could use.

Disappointed Disappointed - the customer service is really bad. I ordered so many products - got the small ones and lotions etc but the main ones that I wanted were not delivered. After so many attempts to reach them it was determined that they would resend them and I agreed to pay for new shipping charges. I would be invoiced - that was 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with this for a month and a half - seriously. Each time I email them I get a "we will get back to you in 48 hours" - what the heck? Really want to like this and the company but so far.....

Great method, but no customer service, and cheaply made products Great product - overpriced, but effective. One item was left out of my original order. I contacted customer service and was told 4-8 weeks; it's been 12 and it has not shown up. Another item broke and after completing their ridiculous return process (form, multiple pictures of item on top of form), I cannot get any response to check status. I was contacted and they sent an email that contained a link to original form. No customer service phone number on the site. Buy the knockoff and watch the YouTube videos.
