RUScam 3DExport The site was a scam. They cheated sellers out of money under the pretext that they were Russian. They paid nothing for the sales. They just took people's money!!! First of all you're a liar and you're obsessed with terrorists. Second, I deleted the models myself a month ago because you refused to make payment to me. Ordinary people are not to blame for what happened. You made it an excuse just to take people's money. Now on 3dexport when they don't want to pay money they just say you're a terrorist and take away your earnings. I am now with a group creating mass posts about what a scammer you are and it will be published on all computer graphics publications. People need to know that 3dexport are thieves.

USAndrew Andrew, from the support team, responded very quickly and helpfully, even with the New Year holiday. He answered all of my questions very clearly, and most importantly he was frank with me about the challenges I would face without having any 3D knowledge or experience. He clarified the resources I would need to proceed and offered to continue to help. For someone who is not a computer wizard like myself, I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. Andrew clearly knew the technical details and was able to relate them to me at a novice level. Much appreciated!

USQuick and helpful customer service I had an issue where the model wasn't downloaded even after I bought the item twice. I made a support ticket for the issue, and they quickly resolved everything! Refunded my second payment and I received the model.

CUGood support service.… 3DExport has allowed me to start my personal project. I have been able to sell my 3D models and toys for more than two years and a few days ago I had a problem with money transactions and the website's support service immediately resolved the problem satisfactorily.
