GBAndrew Andrew, from the support team, responded very quickly and helpfully, even with the New Year holiday. He answered all of my questions very clearly, and most importantly he was frank with me about the challenges I would face without having any 3D knowledge or experience. He clarified the resources I would need to proceed and offered to continue to help. For someone who is not a computer wizard like myself, I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. JPThe response was fast. The response was fast. However, the material of the 3D model seems to have been peeled off and the color is different from the one on the sales page. Who should I contact for this?
