I purchased a model that I expected to… I purchased a model that I expected to be a bundle of separate parts, only to find that they were merged together. I asked if there was a way to split the models, and the support tech went above and beyond in doing so for me!

Quick, helpful response from support I needed a file converted from the existing format to a blender file, so I contacted support, and they converted the file and got it to me by the next morning! Awesome response time and customer service.

Andrew Andrew, from the support team, responded very quickly and helpfully, even with the New Year holiday. He answered all of my questions very clearly, and most importantly he was frank with me about the challenges I would face without having any 3D knowledge or experience. He clarified the resources I would need to proceed and offered to continue to help. For someone who is not a computer wizard like myself, I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. Andrew clearly knew the technical details and was able to relate them to me at a novice level. Much appreciated!

Support Desk Response Contacted the support desk with a question I needed answering and got a response back within two hours which is fantastic. The support desk was very helpful and honest. A great service
