He answered all of my questions very clearly, and most importantly he was frank with me about the challenges I would face without having any 3D knowledge or experience. He clarified the resources I would need to proceed and offered to continue to help. For someone who is not a computer wizard like myself, I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. GBQuick and helpful customer service I had an issue where the model wasn't downloaded even after I bought the item twice. I made a support ticket for the issue, and they quickly resolved everything! Refunded my second payment and I received the model.

COGreat service!! I bought a 3d file, but they didn't have a .blend archive available, I asked for a conversion yesterday, and today they sent it to me directly to my email. It was even less than 24 hours ago, and the file works perfectly! 10/10 the ratio response and the efectiveness of their service, I really recommend it!

JPThe response was fast. The response was fast. However, the material of the 3D model seems to have been peeled off and the color is different from the one on the sales page. Who should I contact for this?
