CUGood support service.… 3DExport has allowed me to start my personal project. I have been able to sell my 3D models and toys for more than two years and a few days ago I had a problem with money transactions and the website's support service immediately resolved the problem satisfactorily.

He answered all of my questions very clearly, and most importantly he was frank with me about the challenges I would face without having any 3D knowledge or experience. He clarified the resources I would need to proceed and offered to continue to help. For someone who is not a computer wizard like myself, I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. Andrew clearly knew the technical details and was able to relate them to me at a novice level. Much appreciated!

GBI purchased a model that I expected to… I purchased a model that I expected to be a bundle of separate parts, only to find that they were merged together. I asked if there was a way to split the models, and the support tech went above and beyond in doing so for me!

JPThe response was fast. The response was fast. However, the material of the 3D model seems to have been peeled off and the color is different from the one on the sales page. Who should I contact for this?
