I like their quality products once the… I like their quality products once the design is produced in great detail, although I have been a drop shipper with them since 2022 and this year all of a sudden something has significantly change with their CSV download template as if tampering with codes has happened….i cannot import orders from ETSY to Kin custom many customers have been ordering through me but items are not being processed because Kim custom CSV templates gives error detection issues!

We love everything about Kin Custom! We love Kin Custom all around! The online creater tools are extremely helpful in designing any of the several high quality products they offer. And the option for branded tags and packaging are a beautiful finishing touch!

The customer service team went above and beyond to help me sort it out so that I could get my sample order. They also listen to my feedback on resolutions as well. That's a very great strength for this company. Custer Service should always be a number one priority for any business.
