GBI like their quality products once the… I like their quality products once the design is produced in great detail, although I have been a drop shipper with them since 2022 and this year all of a sudden something has significantly change with their CSV download template as if tampering with codes has happened….i cannot import orders from ETSY to Kin custom many customers have been ordering through me but items are not being processed because Kim custom CSV templates gives error detection issues!

GBSample before buying,!! NO RETURN POOICY.Please do not go crazy buying tons of… Please do not go crazy buying tons of product because sampling first. I bought sample kit and it's a joke. They did a great job marketing product but it does absolutely nothing it states it does. Be careful because there is a no refund policy and that should have warned me because all good products are backed up by a return policy.

GBDisappointed This was for KIN APPAREL SATIN HOODIES VERY SORRY I really wanted to support a Black-owned business; you get so excited to see something different. However, I purchased a hoodie, which was too large; they are unisex sizing, and I missed that information. So they only give refunds store credit; you guessed it also missed that information. I am using the store credit now; the same item is $5.00 more plus shipping, which is $15. They have lost a customer. Once I get this item, I am done. Future customers read every policy piece to know what you are getting.

CA5* for customer service Through a series of unfortunate events I messed up several times and almost missed out on my welcome discount for sample products. The customer service team went above and beyond to help me sort it out so that I could get my sample order. I can't wait to receive my products now, and with service like that will surely keep them top of mind when I want to create more!
