Don't waste your money This review is for the Bulldog Shave Soap which comes in a wooden container, or as I know it 'Bulldog No Shave Soap'. In a nutshell, whatever I try to generate a good lather with my brush, it is impossible to get the soap to lather and remain on my face for long enough to shave. The best I have managed I to soap and shave my face in sections, but still to no avail. I have contacted Bulldog about the poor performance of this product, and despite filling in a ten minute questonnaire about what they call 'the incident' I have still not received any correspondence after four weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If Bulldog read this my case number is 3035231.

Non-existent Customer Service I've used Bulldog Skincare products for a long time and always been happy with them. Recently I bought some Age Defence Eye Roll-on which had a dangerous fault with the applicator. I contacted their Customer Support hoping for a replacement item. Unfortunately, it goes through to an anonymous US corporation (who must be the parent company of Bulldog) and who NEVER reply. Very disappointing customer service. I have now moved to using L'Oreal Men Expert.

Bulldog Skincare product NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Bought bamboo Bulldog razor from my local Tesco a month ago. Bought replacement blades. Tried to fit new blade. Mechanism for holding blade broken- won’t hold Bulldog blade. Spring broken? Will not buy Bulldog skincare products ever again. Will warn family and friends that Bulldog products not fit for purpose and a waste of money. I am writing on Trustpilot as athough Bulldog Skincare website says ‘contact details at bottom of webpage’ - There are NO CONTACT DETAILS!!!!

Great Products But Terrible Customer Service I do love Bulldog products, but ordering from them directly is hopeless. I ordered my products over three weeks ago now, they haven't arrived, sent them a polite email asking if my order had been dispatched as it hasn't arrived, they have ignored my email! Customer service is appauling!

Disappointed… The product is good but I still haven’t received my order placed nearly two weeks back. Contacted customer care and have had one reply but no clarification if they have since sent my order or not! Very disappointed in this!
