Great product but not perfect company Great product been using them for ages but I'd never ordered direct before so I ordered a fair few bits Been waiting over a week and not even a dispatch email yet, UPDATE, finally got through And they've re dispatched it and chucked a few free bits to apologise

Great Products But Terrible Customer Service I do love Bulldog products, but ordering from them directly is hopeless. I ordered my products over three weeks ago now, they haven't arrived, sent them a polite email asking if my order had been dispatched as it hasn't arrived, they have ignored my email! Customer service is appauling!

I have emailed your contact details 3… I have emailed your contact details 3 times now for an order that was placed on 2nd June for my son birthday on 6th June and it has still not arrived. He requires the products for our upcoming holiday on 30th June. Bought the sensitive bamboo shaving… Bought the sensitive bamboo shaving razor, and the quality of the blades are poor. Quite blunt to begun with giving a bad shave and rapidly get worse after each shave, leading to frequent changes and ineffective shaves. Will be switching to another brand.

Great products, great service! Great natural products that I have been using for many many years now. At first, I would source them in the supermarket but found I could get really good deals buying direct (with free postage if you spend enough). I would highly recommend Bulldog products and their excellent customer service.
