FRGoes silent after charging my account for an order I never received After a failed attempt at receiving my order in september, I decided to give this company a second chance and ordered again. They messed up when choosing the delivery company which was unable to deliver the package that was then sent back. After contacting them 10 times in 2 month, i'm still waiting for an anwser and a refund. This is the first time i've encountered such a messy experience, their dishonesty is beyond beliefs.

GBOrder never arrived and customer service totally unhelpful Ordered a moisturiser on the 30th November. After a couple of weeks I still hadn’t received a shipping email despite the confirmation email saying shipping was 3-5 days. I then emailed customer services on the 16th December but didn’t hear back for another week, when I received a reply unhelpfully saying that hoped the product had now arrived. I replied saying it had not that same day and have not heard back since. Total scam, do not use.

GBPurchased Mega Bundle, poorly packaged Purchased the Bulldog Original Mega Bundle as a christmas gift, all started well, order was dispatched quickly (all be it via Yodel). Order arrived a few days later, got to say was impressed by yodel (mades a refreshing change, as on time, hooray to yodel). Upon opening the parcel I was surprised to see that the 11 items in the package, appeared to have simply been chucked in the box, or maybe something had happened during the delivery process, certainly not as shown in their website picture. Having been a Bulldog customer for years and raving about how great their products are, this was my first time ordering off their website directly, as I normally purchase instore. Maybe I expected too much 😕 when purchasing directly from them. One very disappointed 😞 Bulldog Skincare customer.

GBGreat Products But Terrible Customer Service I do love Bulldog products, but ordering from them directly is hopeless. I ordered my products over three weeks ago now, they haven't arrived, sent them a polite email asking if my order had been dispatched as it hasn't arrived, they have ignored my email! Customer service is appauling!

GBDisappointed… The product is good but I still haven’t received my order placed nearly two weeks back. Contacted customer care and have had one reply but no clarification if they have since sent my order or not! Very disappointed in this!
