product not available & zero communication I have been using Bulldog sensitive skin soap for a very long time as it is about the only one that does not dry my skin out. Others such as L’Occitane shea that was good, changed the formulation. To my extreme dismay when I went to re-order more - none available. Tried Amazon - same. Only one bar in a small ebay store. There is no contact address for the company. So I tracked one down namely (broken down e-mail as trust pilot will not allow)epca @ customerfollowup.info which is the USA holding company who allegedly “passed it on to their UK team” accompanied with the usual sugar coated sentimental style of “thank you for contacting us”. No information around the seemingly discontinued product and no contact e-mail for UK. Consequentially as 2 weeks have passed and no UK communication I have had to find better soap viz. Marseille olive oil soap. Yet another company losing customers hand over fist under corporate commercial arrogance of ignoring customers who pay for it.

Avoid buying online Avoid buying online! Ordered an energiser bundle at the start of November, ordered confirmed, tracking confirmed, nothing to show for it. I've emailed numerous times asking for an update or a refund and had nothing until Chan replied on Nov 17th asking if I'd received order and that extras would be sent on top for the delay, a month later and I'm still waiting. Just received another email last night saying we are sorry we are slow to respond to all the emails due to COVID. You wouldn't have so many emails to respond to if you just sent the products on time! Non-existent Customer Service I've used Bulldog Skincare products for a long time and always been happy with them. Recently I bought some Age Defence Eye Roll-on which had a dangerous fault with the applicator. I contacted their Customer Support hoping for a replacement item. Unfortunately, it goes through to an anonymous US corporation (who must be the parent company of Bulldog) and who NEVER reply. Very disappointing customer service. I have now moved to using L'Oreal Men Expert.

Order never arrived and customer service totally unhelpful Ordered a moisturiser on the 30th November. After a couple of weeks I still hadn’t received a shipping email despite the confirmation email saying shipping was 3-5 days. I then emailed customer services on the 16th December but didn’t hear back for another week, when I received a reply unhelpfully saying that hoped the product had now arrived. I replied saying it had not that same day and have not heard back since. Total scam, do not use.

No issues ;) First time ordering from this company & I was abit worried after reading reviews that I wouldn’t get my parcel. I got no dispatch email so was kind of confused although after emailing them I found out it was shipped. I received my parcel with no hassle & am pleased. Thank you!
