GBBought the sensitive bamboo shaving… Bought the sensitive bamboo shaving razor, and the quality of the blades are poor. Quite blunt to begun with giving a bad shave and rapidly get worse after each shave, leading to frequent changes and ineffective shaves. Will be switching to another brand.

GBNon-existent Customer Service I've used Bulldog Skincare products for a long time and always been happy with them. Recently I bought some Age Defence Eye Roll-on which had a dangerous fault with the applicator. I contacted their Customer Support hoping for a replacement item. Unfortunately, it goes through to an anonymous US corporation (who must be the parent company of Bulldog) and who NEVER reply. Very disappointing customer service. I have now moved to using L'Oreal Men Expert.

FRGoes silent after charging my account for an order I never received After a failed attempt at receiving my order in september, I decided to give this company a second chance and ordered again. They messed up when choosing the delivery company which was unable to deliver the package that was then sent back. After contacting them 10 times in 2 month, i'm still waiting for an anwser and a refund. This is the first time i've encountered such a messy experience, their dishonesty is beyond beliefs.

GBNo issues ;) First time ordering from this company & I was abit worried after reading reviews that I wouldn’t get my parcel. I got no dispatch email so was kind of confused although after emailing them I found out it was shipped. I received my parcel with no hassle & am pleased. Thank you!

GBGreat Products But Terrible Customer Service I do love Bulldog products, but ordering from them directly is hopeless. I ordered my products over three weeks ago now, they haven't arrived, sent them a polite email asking if my order had been dispatched as it hasn't arrived, they have ignored my email! Customer service is appauling!
