GBHorrible Horrible. Don't fall for their credit card scam . I've never had a company take over a month to even ship a credit card with no updated information on when it should be received. Don't ever sign up for theirs.

GBSLOW SHIPPING I purchased $161.18 worth of merchandise sometime ago and still have not received it. I contacted Sephora and found out the carrier still has not picked up the package. I asked them to cancel the order and they claimed they are unable to do so. Sephora should NEVER have promotions if they cannot handle the volume. I will Never purchase anything from them again.

INUndelievered online order I have placed an online order from Sephora on 6th April but the product has not yet arrived. I have tried to contact customer care but the number is not working nor have I received any reply to my emails. It was a pre-paid order. I don't know how and whom to contact to trace my order.
