GBAbsolutely shocking company Absolutely shocking company. Contact number that doesn't work and unless you use Messenger, there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact them. Not to mention extremely expensive products. Pathetic! Edit Finally managed to find an email address for Sephora, so emailed them only to receive an automated response advising that the recipients mailbox was full! Absolutely useless!

USI recently had an incredibly disappointing I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sephora's online shopping platform. After placing an order, I realized there was a duplicate order due to a system error. Despite reaching out to customer support within an hour of placing the order, I was informed that it was already being prepared at the distribution center and couldn't be cancelled. A week prior Sephora had cancelled my order without informing me about it but couldn't cancel the order within an hour. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when I've been a loyal customer. Moving forward, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as this experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied.

USSLOW SHIPPING I purchased $161.18 worth of merchandise sometime ago and still have not received it. I contacted Sephora and found out the carrier still has not picked up the package. I asked them to cancel the order and they claimed they are unable to do so. Sephora should NEVER have promotions if they cannot handle the volume. I will Never purchase anything from them again.

INUndelievered online order I have placed an online order from Sephora on 6th April but the product has not yet arrived. I have tried to contact customer care but the number is not working nor have I received any reply to my emails. It was a pre-paid order. I don't know how and whom to contact to trace my order.
