SLOW SHIPPING I purchased $161.18 worth of merchandise sometime ago and still have not received it. I contacted Sephora and found out the carrier still has not picked up the package. I asked them to cancel the order and they claimed they are unable to do so. Sephora should NEVER have promotions if they cannot handle the volume. I will Never purchase anything from them again.

Horrible Horrible. Don't fall for their credit card scam . I've never had a company take over a month to even ship a credit card with no updated information on when it should be received. Don't ever sign up for theirs.

Absolutely shocking company Absolutely shocking company. Contact number that doesn't work and unless you use Messenger, there doesn't seem to be any other way to contact them. Not to mention extremely expensive products. Pathetic! Edit Finally managed to find an email address for Sephora, so emailed them only to receive an automated response advising that the recipients mailbox was full! Absolutely useless!
