Terrible insensitive company I placed an 400$ order that was stolen unfortunately by porch piracy. Fed ex confirmed delivery after their internal investigation. I filed a police report but they were unable to do anything further. Sephora offered no assistance and placed sole blame on fed ex. I've been using sephora products for years and they couldn't resend or even at minimum offer a 10% discount. They are a major corporation that can write off this as stolen product tax deduction. I'm a hard working individual that 400$ dollars means a lot too. The fact sephora was so cold and said they ran it through computer and it was delivered so they cant do anything to call fed ex again. They were so unhelpful and it shows a lot about these mega corporations. No personal human connect. I will never use their product again and for those that still value human decency and interaction I would recommend to use another company. Customer service says everything and theirs speaks volumes that they don't care about the average person. Thank you sephora for no assistance

Terrible customer service and do not honour offers advertised Every time I purchase multiple items to activate an offer with free gift (with the item in my basket at time of purchase) sephora never deliver the free gift and by the time my confirmation email comes through the free gift disappears. I have tried to contact Sephora about this on multiple occasions and they either never responded failed to resolve the issue. This has now happened multiple times. I would like to point out that the offer is still active on their website so it is clearly not the case they they have run out….This is false advertising and poor (non existent) customer service. Really disappointed in this brand. They do not live up to the hype

Can we ‘PLEASE’ for the love of god Can we ‘PLEASE’ for the love of god, take cue from ULTA & create a more relaxed feel in Sephora. It’s 2024 and we still have more employees walking the floor then we have products. Walking into a Sephora is so utterly uncomfortable. We want to shop…. Not be babysat

Absolutely disgusted Absolutely disgusted. My order was left outside my house £750 worth of fragrance and health products left on my door step. They are not refunding me DO NOT BIY FROM THESE THIEVING b********
