Worth every penny! The site is super easy to navigate. Making changes and edits is super easy and stress free. I had an issue with the colour of my prints and they immediately fixed the issue and provided me with a solution. 100% worth the price! The quality is outstanding!

Quick and understanding customer service! I made a typo on my wedding invitations and somehow didn’t notice until they came in the mail. I was immediately panicked and worried that I would have to spend all that money again because the mistake was my fault. Customer service emailed me back on a Sunday evening after hours and resolved the issue right away. I was completely refunded and able to reorder them and fix my mistake. Niña Mae was so understanding of how important and stressful the wedding planning process was and replied to my emails within minutes. I am so happy we chose minted for our wedding invitations and I will continue to use them for any stationary needs I have.

Awesome Customer Service and Print Quality Teams The entire Minted team was truly awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive to a couple issues I had. One was on the Minted side and the team took great care of me; and the other was on my side when I made a mistake on a printed item for my daughter's wedding. In both instances they went above and beyond in helping me. Minted will always be my first choice for printed items!

Nothing better than Minted The paper quality, customer service and customization options are unparalleled. I tried lots of samples from Etsy and other companies but Minted was by far the absolute best. The sample box allowed me to consider all of my options. The paper quality is excellent! My only qualm is that the envelopes were printed with an error in the ink color. I reached out to Minted and they sent replacements at no cost within 72 hours.

Repeating others verbatim because same… Repeating others verbatim because same experience — This is a failure of a company. Do not under any circumstances order your holiday cards from them. They will gladly accept your money for rush production and shipping and then watch as the estimated delivery days come and go. Customer service is awful. For four days in a row they told me product was shipping that day and it never happened. I finally cancelled and ordered from Shutterfly. STAY FAR AWAY. This company is obviously having major issues. I would give a 0 if possible.
