Referral Well Deserved! I was recommended to Minted from a friend who did all her wedding stationary through them -- I love it! The options are amazing, I love the fact that there are a ton of accessories and additional items I didn't even think of that are offered, there is always a deal available, and the fact that someone can proof and advise me on my process is fantastic! And the additional address app made getting everyone's addresses, emails, phone numbers a breeze. I'm using it forever for all my letter writing needs. I got my order so fast -- a full week ahead of when it was expected to arrive and am so, so happy with how it turned out.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Posted a negative review earlier this week and I am still waiting after several days to get a straight answer on when my cards will ship. It seems like a few others are experiencing the same terrible customer service at Minted. I have called several times and each time I am given a cryptic answer blaming the production company, which is clearly a third party. Minted also clearly has no grasp of the situation and there is no near term solution. Incredibly frustrating especially during the holidays.

Terrible experience shipping to APO/DPO I've always loved ordering from Minted, but trying to ship to an APO/DPO address this year has been a nightmare. The website clearly states they can do this, but its been two weeks of dealing with countless customer service reps (via email and over the phone), and somehow the shipping label is still incorrect. I have two different orders lost in distribution centers that will never get to me. Customer service has been quick to respond and polite, but shockingly inept. Maybe won't be sending holiday cards this year..

Minted wrapping paper is excellent! I ordered several styles of wrapping paper. The designs are high quality and printed on beautiful, substantial paper. I have ordered wrapping paper from Minted before and enjoy wrapping packages with it. The paper is unique and distinctive; I know the recipients like it -- they tell me they do! I will order paper from Minted again when the new Christmas paper is offered online.

Superb customer service and excellent design The customer service team at Minted was superb. There were real people, and lots of them attended to my orders and caught and resolved issues. Plus I am very pleased with the quality and delivery time. I searched a bunch of web sites for invitations and struggled with most. Minted is the best.
