Superb customer service and excellent design The customer service team at Minted was superb. There were real people, and lots of them attended to my orders and caught and resolved issues. Plus I am very pleased with the quality and delivery time. I searched a bunch of web sites for invitations and struggled with most. Minted is the best.

Best baby shower invite out there, and Minted was great! Minted had the all-time best baby shower invitation ever. I ordered it, and maybe due to my ineptitude with the computer, it returned to me with a less than stellar presentation. Minted was great to work with, and with their cooperation we produced a wonderful product. After much searching, their invitation was by far the most creative and inventive, and the company was very accommodating.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. Posted a negative review earlier this week and I am still waiting after several days to get a straight answer on when my cards will ship. It seems like a few others are experiencing the same terrible customer service at Minted. I have called several times and each time I am given a cryptic answer blaming the production company, which is clearly a third party. Minted also clearly has no grasp of the situation and there is no near term solution. Incredibly frustrating especially during the holidays.

LOVE Minted I don't understand the negative reviews. I used Minted for my wedding invitations, menus, guest cards, and thank you cards. Minted has the BEST customer service. They give you the option to proof your products multiple times. The customer service representatives are patient and reliable. On several occasions, Minted sent me replacement items when I needed to update something. I recommend Minted to anyone who will listen.

Quality I have ordered announcements a few times and have always been more than satisfied. Last night I ordered another set and decided this morning I needed to add a note on the back I spoke to customer service via text and it was worked out quickly and easily. I am waiting for my proof now. The cards are always quality and what I love more than anything is they come addressed!! Quality, easy to work with great customer service.
