Don't use if you need cards on time....or actually delivered at all Paid $350 for 50 Christmas cards solely because they promised me a date when I could get them out before Christmas. Their a week late, its 12/14 and they cant give me a concrete date when they will send my Christmas cards. HORRIFIC customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to send Christmas cards before Christmas! I wouldnt trust this company to send any card/invite out before the actual event.

Minted had exactly what I was looking… Minted had exactly what I was looking for in graduation announcements and party invitations. It was so easy to design and they made any changes I wanted within 24 hours. I actually received my order days before I was expected it.

The variety of options The variety of options, designs, placements, and ease of using the site were phenomenal. I love my save the dates and I'm sure my guests will too. The website options were also super easy to navigate and make changes.

Terrible experience shipping to APO/DPO I've always loved ordering from Minted, but trying to ship to an APO/DPO address this year has been a nightmare. The website clearly states they can do this, but its been two weeks of dealing with countless customer service reps (via email and over the phone), and somehow the shipping label is still incorrect. I have two different orders lost in distribution centers that will never get to me. Customer service has been quick to respond and polite, but shockingly inept. Maybe won't be sending holiday cards this year..

Awesome Customer Service and Print Quality Teams The entire Minted team was truly awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive to a couple issues I had. One was on the Minted side and the team took great care of me; and the other was on my side when I made a mistake on a printed item for my daughter's wedding. In both instances they went above and beyond in helping me. Minted will always be my first choice for printed items!
