GBRepeating others verbatim because same… Repeating others verbatim because same experience — This is a failure of a company. Do not under any circumstances order your holiday cards from them. They will gladly accept your money for rush production and shipping and then watch as the estimated delivery days come and go. Customer service is awful. For four days in a row they told me product was shipping that day and it never happened. I finally cancelled and ordered from Shutterfly. STAY FAR AWAY. This company is obviously having major issues. I would give a 0 if possible.

GBSuperb customer service and excellent design The customer service team at Minted was superb. There were real people, and lots of them attended to my orders and caught and resolved issues. Plus I am very pleased with the quality and delivery time. I searched a bunch of web sites for invitations and struggled with most. Minted is the best.

Will give no answers as to when orders will actually ship. We've just resigned ourselves to not being able to send out any holiday cards this year, because of Minted. They had the opportunity to alert customers to their production issues and allow them to find another provider, but they didn't and now it's too late. STAY FAR AWAY.

GBQuality I have ordered announcements a few times and have always been more than satisfied. Last night I ordered another set and decided this morning I needed to add a note on the back I spoke to customer service via text and it was worked out quickly and easily. I am waiting for my proof now. The cards are always quality and what I love more than anything is they come addressed!! Quality, easy to work with great customer service.

GBQuick and understanding customer service! I made a typo on my wedding invitations and somehow didn’t notice until they came in the mail. I was immediately panicked and worried that I would have to spend all that money again because the mistake was my fault. Customer service emailed me back on a Sunday evening after hours and resolved the issue right away. I was completely refunded and able to reorder them and fix my mistake. Niña Mae was so understanding of how important and stressful the wedding planning process was and replied to my emails within minutes. I am so happy we chose minted for our wedding invitations and I will continue to use them for any stationary needs I have.
