GBQuality I have ordered announcements a few times and have always been more than satisfied. Last night I ordered another set and decided this morning I needed to add a note on the back I spoke to customer service via text and it was worked out quickly and easily. I am waiting for my proof now. The cards are always quality and what I love more than anything is they come addressed!! Quality, easy to work with great customer service.

GBSpecial requests accepted! Among assorted wedding related items, we ordered wedding programs. We needed to use both front and back for out text. At my request, a small coordinating design was added to the back of the card for a finished look. Perfect! I was very happy.

GBMinted wrapping paper is excellent! I ordered several styles of wrapping paper. The designs are high quality and printed on beautiful, substantial paper. I have ordered wrapping paper from Minted before and enjoy wrapping packages with it. The paper is unique and distinctive; I know the recipients like it -- they tell me they do! I will order paper from Minted again when the new Christmas paper is offered online.

GBThis is a failure of a company This is a failure of a company. Do not under any circumstances order your holiday cards from them. They will gladly accept your money for rush production and shipping and then watch as the estimated delivery days come and go. Customer service is awful. Will give no answers as to when orders will actually ship. We've just resigned ourselves to not being able to send out any holiday cards this year, because of Minted. They had the opportunity to alert customers to their production issues and allow them to find another provider, but they didn't and now it's too late. STAY FAR AWAY.

BETerrible experience shipping to APO/DPO I've always loved ordering from Minted, but trying to ship to an APO/DPO address this year has been a nightmare. The website clearly states they can do this, but its been two weeks of dealing with countless customer service reps (via email and over the phone), and somehow the shipping label is still incorrect. I have two different orders lost in distribution centers that will never get to me. Customer service has been quick to respond and polite, but shockingly inept. Maybe won't be sending holiday cards this year..
